OUR HISTORY
Stacey's Dance Studio was established in 2000 in Lowell, Ohio. In 2002, as our next venture, we created our Force Dance Troupe which competes on the Regional and National level. The studio branched to St. Mary's, WV in 2004; and in 2005, combined both studios in the Lafayette Plaza in Marietta. With the centralized move to Marietta we have dancers that travel 30 minutes or more to continue dancing with our studio.
Throughout our 5 years at the plaza the studio grew and developed it's unique programs and had outgrown the space. Fall of 2011, our studio made it's next expansion as a Performing Arts Center located on Pike Street in Marietta, Ohio. We made the leap from a single studio facility to a larger four studio complex. The studio's were in very small towns and to create and expose the talent our dancers have is something we are in awe of daily. The studio has grown in many ways, from the 3rd floor of a building with no air conditioning or heat, to the new Performing Arts Center and also in our abilities as teachers and the relationships we have had with our students that continue still to this day. "It is an amazing feeling to see the smile and sense of accomplishment on a dancer's face and know that they have been given the knowledge and love to feel that from something you have done." -Stacey Johnson |

OUR MISSION
Stacey's Dance Studio mission is to provide opportunities for dancers of all ages and levels to discover the joys of dance and performance. By providing a quality program in a professional yet welcoming setting, children grow to their potential. Throughout the studio, from the directors to the teachers to the students, our atmosphere and support encourages the creative process. The directors work together to meet their challenges, benefiting from each other's strengths. The support offered to the teachers is reflected in their innovative choreography. The dancers continue to amaze everyone including their parents in their personal achievements
