Through dance, students at Stacey's Dance Studio learn discipline, good sportsmanship, physical fitness, and responsibility. Utilizing the many outlets dance has to offer, Stacey's Dance Studio continues take dancers to the next level. We do our best to help our dancers to nurture their talent. Girls: Pink tights, black leotard and pink leather ballet slippers, hair up.
Boys: Black pants, white tank top and black ballet slippers.

An expressive dance form combining ballet technique with jazz style.This style tells a story through the movement, control and execution of the dance.Your choice of appropriate dance attire.
Fun, upbeat style of dance. The basics stem from ballet combined with current stylish moves and makes this a very popular class. Energetic popular music is used for Warm ups, across the floor and combinations and dance choreography. Your choice of appropriate dance attire.
Style of dance using special shoes to create different rhythms and sounds. Great for developing coordination skills. Tap is an exciting form of dance in which dancers wear special shoes equipped with metal taps. Tap dancers use their feet to create rhythmic patterns and timely beats. The term "tap dancing" is derived from the tapping sound produced when the small metal plates on the dancer's shoes touch a hard floor or surface. We teach many styles of tap dancing at our studio. Hoofing: The most current style of tap dancing being taught at conventions and used on such shows as So You Think You Can Dance and by Savion Glover. Heavy beats are used to the ground with funky styles and moves that coincide. Broadway/classic tap: The standard tap steps as you see on broadways shows and the classic tap movies. TAP SHOES REQUIRED.
Fun and energetic freestyle dance form that can be seen on music videos. Relaxed atmosphere and dress code. Regular hip hop classes are within the studio curriculum. There are added boys and girls hip hop classes for students who want to learn more or focus only on hip hop.
Jazz technique to interpreting a song for a Broadway show or musical with emphasis on character development. Warm ups, across the floor and combinations. We excel in this style at our studio, We love to entertain. We believe that entertainment is just as important as technique.Your choice of appropriate dance attire.
Contemporary is a style that incorporates a mix of genres and styles which demonstrate balance, extensions, isolation, utilizing the lyrics or mood of the music. Warm ups, across the floor and combinations. This is a favorite style at our studio by the staff and the students. Your choice of appropriate dance attire.
For the more advanced ballet dancer.
Pre pointe introduces pointe techninique and provide specific training for dancers who display the skills required for pointe. This class is by invitation only from the instructor.
BALLET SHOES REQUIRED.
Pointe This form of dance enables you to perform fully on the tops of their toes. Also, dancers must obtain approval from the instructor and must first complete training in pre pointe.
POINTE SHOES REQUIRED.
